CFD is the abbreviation of Contracts for Difference. It is basically a contract which binds a buyer and seller for payment in cash of the difference between the opening and closing values of the shares. The CFD Stock trading involves loads of jargons, which are not easily comprehendible for the novice or common traders. Here are some of the common terminologies used in CFD trading.

• Any-and-all bid:
  It is a term mostly used in reference to takeovers. It is a process in, which a company purchases all the shares of another company for a time being. For instance, a company, say ABC will purchase all the shares of an XYZ company at the face value until it gathers majority stake in XYZ or fully acquires it.

  It is referred to as an offer for a soon-to-be acquired firm, which it may find hard to refuse
